Refund policy

Because every Turk’s Head Co. item is made to order specifically for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing or a change of mind — please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

That said, we stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or if we sent the wrong item, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund — no need to ship anything back.

To start a claim, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue through our Contact page.

Refunds, when applicable, are issued to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
