Turk’s Head Co. is a trade name of Turks Head Trading Co., a DBA of Vantage Commerce, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. We’re a small, print-on-demand apparel brand based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Products are manufactured and fulfilled on our behalf by third-party print-on-demand partners as orders are placed.

2. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory or production issues with our fulfillment partners. If we cancel an order after payment, you’ll receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment details.

5. Intellectual property

We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the printing process.

7. Limitation of liability

Turk’s Head Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
