Shipping policy

Every item at Turk’s Head Co. is printed and made to order — nothing is pulled from a shelf, so please build in a little extra time before your package ships.

Production time

Most items are printed and prepared within 2–7 business days, depending on the product. Apparel with multiple print colors or a larger order may take a bit longer.

Shipping time

Once production is complete, packages typically arrive within 3–7 business days for U.S. addresses via standard shipping. International orders can take longer depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delays

We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control, but we’re happy to help track down a lost or delayed package.
